How to Invest
The fund is structured as a limited partnership established under the Limited Partnership Act 2008. Investors in the fund become limited partners of the partnership that constitutes the fund.
Investment moneys to be provided by investors constitute equity contributions to the capital of the partnership. It is important to note that any investment in Central Capital Regional Fund LP is only available to qualifying investors as determined solely by the promoters of the fund.
Whilst an information memorandum is available it does not constitute, nor do the promoters or Key Funds Ltd purport to make any offer in the nature of, an offer of securities to the public within the meaning of the Securities Act 1978. Please also refer to the Important Notice in the Information Memorandum.
If advisors have clients that may be interested in an investment in the Central Capital Regional Fund LP please follow the following process:
Step One Request an Information Memorandum or a presentation.
Step Two Complete the Expression of Interest contained in the Information Memorandum
Step Three Subject to acceptance by the Manager of the fund (in its sole discretion) investors
become limited partners.
A minimum investment amount of committed capital is $500,000. Cash calls on committed capital shall not exceed 20% in any calendar year.
