Background

Key Funds (previously trading as Control Distribution Ltd) has until 2009 acted as the exclusive distribution agent for a single boutique Australian Unit Trust. In June 2008 (following the move towards mutual recognition for Trans Tasman securities) Key Funds has now started to also represent other non-competing international and boutique funds.

The economic climate of late 2008/09 is also encouraging Australian investment funds to engage Key Funds as their specialist and cost efficient distribution agents for NZ.
